First of all CONGRATULATIONS! Pregnancy is a wonderful time in any mothers life.

The safety of Mum & Bub is our main priority. As part of our duty of care to you and your child, we have important procedures you need to be aware of in the event you fall pregnant. 

1 -  We require you to read and sign our Prenatal Waiver and read through our Pregnancy Guidelines attached below.

2 - You must attend a one on one with one of our certified Pilates Teachers PRIOR to attending group reformer classes in your second trimester. Contact our team to book in. 

3 - It is best to start Align Pilates BEFORE you fall pregnant or at least within the first trimester. Being pregnant is not a great time to start something new. 

During a normal and healthy pregnancy, Pilates is a safe form of exercise for the body, mind and spirit!"
