All in-studio and private sessions must be booked on the MINDBODY app or on online if you have an active membership. We welcome walk-in clients, but to ensure availability, we strongly advise you to book in advance.
If you do not have a membership, you can sign up by clicking here.
Bookings cannot be made by phone, email or social media messages.
If I am running late can I still join the class?
We prefer you are not as this disrupts the class. All of our classes start and finish on time.
- If the class is fully booked and someone showed up waiting to get in, your spot will be given to them if you are not present. Once the call has been made - you will be turned away if it is a full class.
- If you are more than 5 minutes late to your class your teacher has the right turn you away if you have missed too much of the warm up she is preparing you for in class.
- If you are late/can not make it for a reason you can not control we understand. Please email [email protected] to avoid any no-show fees.
What do I need to know or my first class?
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to your first class. This is so you’ll have time to familiarise yourself with the studio. Meet your Teacher and have a quick run down on the Reformer Bed you will use during class. If you’re late to your first class you might not be able to train. No mobile phones during classes (please be respectful to others).
How many times can I use the INTRO Offer?
The Introductory offer of 5 Sessions for $50 to use within 7 days is only available to new clients of Align Pilates (first timers) and is activated from the date of your first booking. You can only use the Introductory offer once per person and this cannot be used in conjunction with any other opening offer. You have a 7 day period to use your 5 sessions and any unused sessions will expire.
We have a strict 10 hour cancellation policy for group classes. If you can’t make your class, it is your responsibility to cancel or let us know at least 10 hours before the start time of your scheduled class or you will be charged $10 to your account. We understand that life can sometimes get in the way, but we need to be fair to all clients.

I have never done Pilates Reformer before, should I do a group class or private session?
That depends on the individual. 99% of our new clients do fine attending a Beginner Class.
Our Teachers offer beginner and intermediate options in all classes. Although still quite intense, classes are "layered" starting with component parts of bigger exercises so all individuals get the most out of their workout. You will stick with the variation you are comfortable with and a challenge is offered there for you if you want it. No pressure at all.
If you have chronic pain, are coming back from an injury or are pregnant, a one-on-one session would be best to assess your situation.
We do reserve the right for teachers to restrict clients to a particular class type for safety reasons if necessary & change your spring tension to something more suitable enabling you to execute the movement correctly.
Can I transfer or share sessions?
No, sessions are not transferrable. Session packs cannot be shared with more than one person as all session packs are for individual use only.
Can I still do Align Pilates if I have an injury?
It depends on your injury and your road to recovery. It is best to ask your healthcare provider if you are ready. We do not diagnose your injuries here.
Many physiotherapist, GPs, Chiropractors, Osteopaths etc consider Align Pilates a safe low-impact form of exercise and refer many of their clients to us as apart of their recovery plan (and are members themselves).
We do offer support/modifications to accomodate injuries. Let our teachers know about your injuries before participating in a class to make sure you’re not putting yourself at risk of further damage.
If in doubt, start with a beginners class.
